The 2022 ELO Conference will focus on advancing the systems that support and promote collaboration, youth success, and key elements of high-quality extra learning opportunities.

Key elements — effective strategies around equity in education, summer learning, STEM, professional development needs of staff, online education, character education, and needs of youth and their families in the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference is only open to current Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers grantees (cohorts 9-10) who work on behalf of children and youth, including administrators, grant writers, evaluators, program directors, coordinators, and staff.
Required Conference Attendance
The program director and one other representative are required to attend the 2022 ELO Conference in its entirety.
21st CCLC Grantees’ Meeting
This meeting will be held later in the year on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
