Required Attendance per Grant Award
- The program director is required to attend the 21st CCLC Grantees’ Meeting on Tuesday, March 10 from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- The program director and one other representative are required to attend the ELO Conference in its entirety starting Tuesday, March 10 at 1 p.m. until Thursday, March 12 at 12:30 p.m.
Continuing Education Credits
The Center for Schools and Communities, as a division of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, offers Act 48 professional development credit for those with Pennsylvania teaching or administrative certificates. Participants MUST attend session(s) from beginning to end and list their professional personnel ID (PPID) number on the appropriate Act 48 paperwork supplied by the Center for Schools and Communities to receive credit. If you are interested in receiving Act 48 credit, check the appropriate box on the registration form. Retrieve your PPID number from the Professional Education Record Management System and bring it with you to the conference.
The Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) will be awarding CE’s for completion of approved workshops. A certificate fee of $15 for NASW members and $30 for non-members will be charged and can be paid directly to NASW-PA. NASW CE packets will be available at the conference registration desk. Participants MUST attend session(s) from beginning to end and complete the appropriate paperwork supplied by the Center for Schools and Communities to receive credit. If you are interested in receiving PQAS credit, check the appropriate box on the registration form. Retrieve your RID number at Pennsylvania PD Registry and bring your number with you to the conference.

Terms of Registration
Submission of your conference registration authorizes the Center for Schools and Communities to publish in any format and use for promotional and educational purposes your name and any photos, videos and audio recordings taken of you at the conference. It also authorizes the Center for Schools and Communities to contact you by mail, phone or email.
In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, flooding, etc.) or other emergencies, events may be delayed or cancelled. Participants are responsible for calling the Center for Schools and Communities automated voice messaging system at (717) 763-1661, option 3 after 6:30 a.m. the day of the event. The system is updated as conditions change, so it is necessary to call for any changes prior to leaving for your scheduled event.
